Dazzling century by Bilal


PESHAWAR, June 22: Muhammad Bilal hammered an elegant 117 by guiding Cantt Academy to victory against City Cricket Academy in the NWFP Inter-academy Cup which got under way on Wednesday.

Muhammad Bilal played excellent innings by hitting almost all bowlers with some beautiful cracking shots. Bilal’s 120 balls innings was laced with 15 boundaries and two towering sixes.

Earlier, City Academy skipper Jibran Khan won the toss and decided to bat first by setting up 272 runs target for the loss of all wickets.

In reply, NWFP Cantt Academy achieved the target for the loss of eight wickets.—APP
