KARACHI, June 22: The PTCL has again extended ‘bilkul muft’ telephone connection scheme. Under this scheme, the people can get a new connection by making a call to 0800-898989 where they would register their address with their NIC number and the nearest telephone number, where after a new telephone connection will be provided at the subscriber’s address.— APP
