DADU, June 21: Seventeen people were injured in a clash between two groups over a matrimonial dispute in the Potho village in Khairpur Nathan Shah on Monday night. The injured, including Nizamuddin, Mohammad Qasim, Pervez, Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Urs, Munawar Ali, Ms Aamnat, Ms Nusrat, Ms Najma, Ms Hasina, Ms Mukhtiar, Ms Haleema, Ms Shahal and Ghulam Sarwar, were admitted to a local hospital. The Khairpur Nathan Shah police registered cases against 17 people of both the groups.
UNCONSCIOUS: Fourteen members of a family fell unconscious after consuming some poisonous food in the Kotri taluka on Monday night.
The victims, Rahim Bux, Dost Ali, Ishaq, Rubina, Farzana, Khanzadi, Hawa, Chagi, Bakhtawar, Noor Bano, Allah Bachai, Gul Bano and Abdul Karim Khoso, were admitted to the Kotri Taluka Hospital.
SUICIDE: A woman, Noor Bano Chandio, 26, committed suicide by taking some pesticides over a domestic issue in the Ghulam Nabi village in Mehar on Monday night.
