KARACHI: Bodies to probe death

KARACHI, June 21: The Federal Minister for Port and Shipping, Babar Khan Ghauri, has constituted two inquiry committees to ascertain the causes leading to the death of Ms Shehnaz Perveen, a teacher of the Karachi Port Trust School. According to a press release issued here on Tuesday, the instructional techniques course being held for the KPT schoolteachers had been discontinued with immediate effect and KPT Manager Nusratullah Nusrat had been made OSD.

Mr Ghauri has taken strong notice of the issue and directed the committees to report the findings to him, immediately, the press release said.—PPI
