NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, June 9: The general manager of the National Commission for Human Development, Naushahro Feroze district, Mr Miandad Raho, has said that Microsoft has decided to provide 10 computers through the NCHD for each high school in the district.

Speaking at a press conference here on Thursday, he said the NCHD had arranged teachers for 155 closed schools of the education department and reopened them.

He said the schools were used as Otaqs (guest houses) by Waderas.

He said the NCHD had enrolled 84,000 children, of 112,000 who were out of schools due to different reasons.

Mr Raho said during the survey by the NCHD staff in the district it was revealed that about 112,000 children were not going to school.

He said the NCHD arranged admission of 84,000 children in the schools in the district.

He said the NCHD had imparted training to 100,000 women for preparing ORS.
