ISLAMABAD, June 6: PML Public Complaints Bureau Chairman Chaudhry Imtiaz Ahmad Ranjha has asked the officials concerned to recover a girl kidnapped in Kohistan and arrest the culprits. According to a press release issued here on Monday, Farzana Gul of Malakand was kidnapped by some armed people in Kohistan when she along with her uncle went to the EDO office to obtain her transfer letter about 25 days ago.

Meanwhile, PML MPA Nighat Orakzai visited the victim’s family on the direction of Mr Ranjha to defuse tension in the area after people of Malakand blocked all roads to protest against the kidnapping incident.
