BUF triumph

KARACHI, June 5: Baloch Union Football (BUF) beat Hasa n Aulia Football Club (HAFC) 2-1 after a thrilling contest in the All-Karachi Nazir Hussain memorial football tournament on Sunday at Hussaini and Young Patni Club. Midfielder Abu Bakar gave the first breakthrough to the winning team in 29th minute of the match when he found the net on a brilliant free kick.

BUF led 1-0 at the end of the first half.

The lead was further increased 2-0 for BUF when Wasif scored a super solo effort goal in the 45th minute.

Forward Dil Murad scored the only goal for the losing team on the 59th minute on penalty kick.

Later, Muhammed Buksh of HAFC was named Man-of-the- Match.
