Musharraf’s visit postponed
GILGIT, May 30: President Gen Pervez Musharraf’s visit to Northern Areas has been postponed for Tuesday owing to inclement weather. The president was due on Monday in Skardu to inaugurate a rehabilitated fort at Shigar valley. Sources said that the arrangements in connection with the president’s visit were intact and his proposed visit is “extremely subject to weather”.
