KARACHI, May 30: The Korean consul-general, Mr Sckchul Chang, accompanied by Mr Choong Woo Lee and his wife, called on the vice-chancellor of Karachi University, Prof Dr Pirzada Qasim Raza Siddiqui, at KU on Monday. The vice-chancellor said that the relations of educational and research institutions of both the countries could be strengthened by faculty exchange programmes.
It was decided in principle to initiate “Korean Language Certificate” course at the KU under the supervision of the Arts faculty from the next academic year. — PPI
