NEW DELHI: A bomb hoax inside a sprawling underground market in the heart of New Delhi led to a panic on Monday evening with police evacuating the bustling compound within minutes. The false alarm came a week after two bombs went off in two different cinemas in New Delhi, killing one person and wounding 49.—AFP
