HYDERABAD, May 29: A major part of Hyderabad was hit by power breakdown on Sunday as the city received the first monsoon rain. The rain started at around 6:30pm and continued intermittently, breaking the heat spell. People had been experiencing sizzling heat for more than two weeks.
