New president for PPP Balochistan
QUETTA, May 16: The chairperson of Pakistan People’s Party, Benazir Bhutto, has appointed Nawabzada Lashkari Raisani as president of the PPP, Balochistan. The post fell vacant as PPP Provincial President Sardar Fateh Mohammad Hasni defected and joined the ruling Pakistan Muslim League after arriving in Balochistan ending his four-and-a-half-year self-exile.—Staff Correspondent
