SAHIWAL, May 15: A PML worker was shot dead while his colleague was injured on Sunday over some political enmity in Chak 31/4-L. Ghulam Kazim Khokhar and landlord Manzoor Ahmed were at daggers drawn with each other. At the beck and call of Manzoor Ahmed, two of his workers Ghulam Sabir and Sarfraz riding on a motorcycle came there and opened fire on Khokhar and his colleague Sharafat. The former died on the spot while the latter sustained serious injuries.
Shahkot police have registered a case and are investigating.
