Railway track damaged by two blasts

KARACHI, May 9: Two bomb blasts damaged the railway track near the Kashmore railway station on Monday but there were no casualties, officials said. Two small bombs exploded on the railway line, senior railway police officer Shafi Mohammad Mughal told AFP. “The bombs were locally made and of low intensity but they uprooted a small portion of the track,” Mr Mughal said. No train was passing on the track when the blasts occurred, he said.
