Peacekeepers called back
KATHMANDU, May 7: Nepal has recalled four soldiers serving with UN peacekeepers in the Democratic Republic of Congo to investigate sex abuse allegations, an army spokesman said on Friday. “If found guilty, strong actions will be taken against the soldiers in accordance with the RNA (Royal Army of Nepal) Act,” said Brig-Gen Deepak Gurung.—AFP
