KARACHI, May 7: A sensational collapse triggered by leg-spinner Mansoor saw Zimbabwe crashed to 191 all out in their first innings on the opening day of the four-day match against Pakistan ‘A’ at the Country Club Ground in Harare on Friday. The home side lost nine wickets for 55 runs after reaching 136 for one, after being asked to bat first by Misbahul Haq, the Pakistan ‘A’.

Mansoor sliced through the Zimbabwe ‘A’ middle-order batting to finish with six for 69 in 26.3 overs after Neil Ferreira and Test batsman Mark Vermeulen added 117 for the second wicket.

Ferreira top-scored with a patient 57 off 156 balls with four boundaries. Vermeulen was more enterprising as he struck five fours in making 55 off 101 balls.

Pakistan ‘A’ reached stumps at 73 for three in reply.
