Five-judge SC bench to hear petitions
ISLAMABAD, May 6: The Supreme Court on Friday announced formation of a five-member bench to hear identical petitions concerning enhancement in the retirement age of judges of superior courts. Headed by Justice Sardar Muhammad Raza Khan, the bench comprising Justice Muhammad Nawaz Abbasi, Justice Faqir Muhammad Khokhar, Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan and Justice Tassadduq Hussain Jillani, will take up on Monday the petitions of Habib Wahabul Khairi, the chief of Al-Jihad Trust, and Maulvi Iqbal Haider of the Awami Himayat Tehrik Party.
