KARACHI: New sewerage line planned

KARACHI, May 4: The Karachi Water and Sewerage Board has chalked out a plan to replace the 45-year-old sewerage line of the I.I. Chundrigar Road, said the board’s Managing Director, Brig Iftikhar Haider, on Wednesday. Besides, he said steps were being taken to replace most of the sewerage lines, which had completed their life span, under the Tameer-i-Karachi Programme. He asked the KWSB engineers to complete the sewerage line under close vigil.—PPI
