MULTAN, May 1: The new vice-chancellor of the Bahauddin Zakariya University, Prof Dr Naseer Khan, will assume the charge of his office on May 2 (today), says an official release.
He will replace Prof Dr Karamat Ali. Dr Khan, who has been conferred Pride of Performance (1998) and Sitara-i-Imtiaz (2002), was serving as rector and professor of applied physics at the GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Topi, NWFP. — APP
