MULTAN, April 30: The Pakistan Telecommunications Company (PTCL) would soon launch a three-in-one facility to enable its subscribers to enjoy telephone, cable television and DSL (Internet) services through one line.

This was stated by PTCL Senior Executive Vice President (Human Resource and Administration) Shehzad Saddan at a meeting here on Saturday, said an official release.

He said the PTCL was also planning a Telecom Housing City comprising residential plots for its employees. The project would begin in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Peshawar in the first phase, and then it would be expanded gradually to the other cities, Mr Saddan said. Employees would be allotted plots in accordance with their respective grades, he added.

He said the board of directors has approved a new compensation salary package for the employees which would be announced soon..—APP
