ARL profits

ISLAMABAD, April 20: The Board of Directors of Attock Refinery Limited has approved the Company’s accounts for the third quarter ended March 31. According to a press release the company earned after-tax profits of Rs394 million with an earning per share (EPS) of Rs13.52 in the third quarter.

Cumulative after-tax profits for the nine months period stood at Rs1,285m with EPS of Rs44.

The Company’s sales revenue for 9 months period stood at Rs29.42 billion showing increase of 65 per cent over previous corresponding period of last year.

The board also decided to issue bonus shares @ 20pc i.e. one share for every five shares held through transfer of Rs58.32 million from its profits.
