KARACHI, April 8: The construction work on the Fyzee Rahamin Art Gallery will start within 15 days.

A decision in this regard was taken at a high-level meeting held under the chairmanship of the City Nazim, Niamatullah Khan, and attended by the Chief Secretary, Mohammed Aslam Sanjrani.

Others also present in the meeting were additional chief secretary Tourism and Culture, DCO Karachi, EDO Community Development besides the representatives of NESPAK and National Construction and other concerned officials.

It was decided that an agreement would be concluded between the Works and Services Department of the city government and the consulting firm in four days.

According to another decision, the gallery will be constructed as per the original design.—APP
