SHIKARPUR: Imtiaz’s aide released on bail

SHIKARPUR, April 5: Sacked minister Imtiaz Shaikh’s close aide Mir Babal Khan Bhayo, who is also district coordinator of Pakistan Muslim League, Shikarpur, was released after securing bails from the courts here on Tuesday. The bails were granted to him by the courts of sessions judge, first additional sessions judge and the seventh civil judge, Shikarpur, respectively. Mr Bhayo was arrested 12 days ago after being nominated in different FIRs. Talking to Dawn after his release, Mir Babal said that he had resigned from the post of PML district coordinator, protesting against the attitude of the Sindh chief minister who is also PML Sindh president and victimization of Imtiaz Ahmed Shaikh, Secretary General of PML.—BoC
