By Our Staff Reporter

KARACHI, March 26: A policeman and his cousin were shot dead at their home in Mochko police limits by unidentified gunmen on Saturday morning. Police said Mohammad Ali, 37, posted at Super Market police station was sitting at his house with his cousin Bacha Khan, who had come to see him from the NWFP two days back. Mohammad Ali, father of six, was a resident of Gulshan-i-Ghazi. Police said unknown men scaled the wall and opened fire. As a result, Ali and Khan suffered multiple bullet wounds and died before getting any medical aid. The police suspected personal enmity behind the killing.

ACCIDENT: A five-year-old boy died when a water tanker hit a motorcycle in SITE.

Police said Aftab was taking his son Munsif on a motorcycle when he was hit from behind by a water tanker. The motorcycle skidded and the boy received serious head injuries. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

ARRESTS: Police arrested three robbers red-handed in Federal B Area on Friday night.

Police said that acting on information received on Madadgar 15, the police surrounded a house in Block-9 and challenged the robbers, who were committing the robbery.
