KARACHI, March 26: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has extended the date for the ‘Bahar Package’ till March 31 keeping in view great public interest. A company official said special steps had been taken for providing telephone connections under the package, adding the staff even worked on Sundays and public holidays. He said under the package, telephone connections were being provided just on one call on UAN No 111-900-900 wherever technically possible within 24 hours. Under the scheme, a telephone set was provided free of cost with each connection while installation fees would be recovered in the first bill.—APP
