KARACHI, March 23: The PTCL has introduced “Bahar Package”, under which it plans to provide 19,000 new telephone connections, wherever technically possible, in Karachi.
The company also plans to provide 28,000 connections in Sindh and Balochistan, said the Executive Vice-President South, Rehmatullah while inspecting the special cell, setup for registering Bahar package applications.
