Tornado kills 34 in BD
DHAKA, March 21: At least 34 people were killed and more than 500 injured by a tornado that flattened more than 3,000 houses in 15 villages in northern Bangladesh, police said on Monday. The twister accompanied by a hailstorm lashed the area late Sunday killing 34 people. —AFP
