KARACHI, March 18: As many as 85 male students of the Sindh Medical College could not be delivered their admit cards for IIIrd Prof MBBS examinations on Friday as the college clerk is reported to have lost them. The perturbed students, who landed in trouble three days ahead of their professional examinations, have now been asked to submit examination forms afresh so that duplicate cards could be issued to them by the University of Karachi.
Students said it did not make a sense to run for admit cards at the eleventh hour. The fresh examination forms would be handed over to the KU examination department on Saturday while cards would be delivered to students on March 21 (Monday) morning, while the first paper would be conducted on the campus the same day in the afternoon, students of fourth year of SMC claimed. A senior KU official confirmed that cards would be issued afresh to students after necessary documentation.
