HYDERABAD, March 16: The controller of examinations of the University of Sindh on Wednesday announced the names of candidates who secured positions in the final M.Com postgraduate college side examination 2003.According to the announcement, Nadia, daughter of Nizar Ali Khoja, obtained 849 marks and secured the first position while Samina, daughter of Aftab Leghari, secured the second position with 797 marks and Shumaila, daughter of Saeed Mughal, secured the third position with 783 marks.

The controller announced result of postgraduate diploma in public administration of college side annual examination 2003.

ALLOWANCE: Prof (Dr) Mohammad Yar Khuhawar, the director of the Dr. M.A. Qazi Institute of Chemistry, has been selected for research productivity allowance (RPA) for the fiscal year of 2004-2005.

According to the letter received by Dr Khuhawar from the Pakistan Council for Science and Technology, he would receive Rs210,000 for the year of 2004-05 as RPA allowance.
