10 firms get corporate awards

KARACHI, March 15: Chief executives of ten companies were given corporate excellence awards, sectoral awards and corporate excellence certificates on Tuesday by Javed Iqbal, President of the Management Association of Pakistan (MAP).

Rafhan Maize Products was declared the best corporate managed company by a committee of the MAP. Pakistan State Oil, Al-Ghazi Tractors and Thal Limited were given awards in their respective sectors, while the corporate excellence certificates were given to Attock Refinery, Colgate Palmolive (Pakistan) Limited, Siemens Pakistan Engineering and Tinpack Film Limited. Askari Bank was given corporate excellence awards in banking and Standard Chartered Modaraba in the non-banking sector.
