UN official’s autopsy
ISLAMABAD, March 13: An autopsy was carried out here on Sunday to ascertain the cause of death of a United Nations official who died under mysterious circumstances in Afghanistan.
Dr Waqar Jahangir, an official of International Water Irrigation Department, had been in Afghanistan on deputation. He died in Kabul on Saturday and his body was shifted to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences on Sunday.— Staff Reporter
