LAHORE, March 11: Two matches were decided on the opening day of Invitational table tennis tournament team’s event at the Chroma Complex on Friday.

In the first match Super Star Club defeated University College, Lahore 3-0. Chroma Club carved out 3-0 win against Government College, University Lahore.

Results: Super Star bt University College, Lahore 3-0.

Bilal Yasin bt Muhammad Ahmed 11-7, 11-8, 11-5; Imran Javed bt Muhammad Hamid 11-9, 11-3, 11-6; Bilal Yasin-Imran Javed bt Muhammad Ahmed-Muhammad Hamid 11-9, 11-8, 11-5.

Chroma Club bt GCUL 3-0:

Asim Qureshi bt Omer Ehtesham 11-5, 11-2, 11-6; Masood bt Imtiaz Ahmed 11-9, 11-8, 11-6; Asim Qureshi-Masood bt Omer Ehtesham-Imtiaz Ahmed 11-2, 11-5, 11-4.
