KHAIRPUR, Feb 23: On the directives of the second additional sessions judge-II, Khairpur, A-section police registered an FIR under section 364, 342 F-I PPC against ASI Hakim Ali Jalbani
, in charge of the police post Khuhra, and seven other persons here on Tuesday night.
Other accused included Manzoor Hussain Narejo, Mohammad Khan Shar, Ghulam Shabbir Rajpar, Ghulam Sarwar and Mir Imdad Hussain Talpur. The complainant has stated in the FIR that the accused had beaten and illegally detained Munawwar Ali, the brother of the complainant.
