SUKKUR: 11 injured in accident

SUKKUR, Feb 15: Eleven people were injured when a passenger coach collided head-on with a truck on the National Highway near Pano Aqil on Tuesday morning.

The injured, Mohammad Asif, Daulat Khan, Rafiullah, Mohammad Arif, Tanveer, Zahoor Begum, Shagufta, Qadeer Khan, Mohammad Afzal, Mujeebur Rehman and Mukhtiar Ahmad, were taken to the Pano Aqil Taluka Hospital.

Five of the injured were later shifted to the Sukkur Civil Hospital because of their critical condition. The coach was coming from Punjab when it collided with the truck.

Meanwhile, four people were injured in a collision between a Karachi-bound passenger coach, coming from Manshera, and a tractor-trolley on the National Highway near Moro. The injured, Aijaz Pathan, Hajat Khan Pathan, Hazrat Gul and Sana, 6, were taken to a hospital in Moro.
