'Govt giving top priority to expats' problems'


ISLAMABAD, Feb 6: Federal Minister for Labour, Manpower and Overseas Pakistanis Ghulam Sarwar Khan has said the government is according top priority to solving genuine problems confronted by overseas Pakistanis.

"Overseas Pakistanis are earning much needed foreign exchange for the country and problems being faced by them would be solved on priority basis," the minister said in his meeting with Istihkam-i-Pakistan Society and Chauntra Welfare Jeddah President Zafar Iqbal Chaudhry.

Zafar Iqbal apprised the minister of the problems being faced by the overseas Pakistanis and sought his help in the resolution of their problems

The minister told him that he would meet overseas Pakistanis in Saudi Arabia during his forthcoming visit.-APP
