SUKKUR: Two killed in clash

SUKKUR, Feb 5: Two persons were killed and seven others were injured in an armed clash between two groups of the Ogahi community in the Mullan Nooh Ogahi village, near Kandhkot, on Saturday morning.

Mole Dino and Abdul Malik were killed in the clash over a land dispute. The injured included Ghulam Qadir, Malook, Shahban, Wahid and Ibrahim.

Police registered an FIR against 11 people, including Abdul Aziz, Karim Bux, Qaim, Daim, Nazir, Suhbat and Bashir.

Meanwhile Jacobabad DPO Din Mohammad Baloch suspended Ghauspur SHO Sanaullah for failing to take measures to stop the clash.

TRAINING: The Fisheries Training Centre, Sukkur, is organizing a six-day training programme for breeding of Gulfam and Grass Carp fish from Feb 7 to 12 in Mandodero, according to a press release.

The organizers advised the interested persons to participate in the training programme on the scheduled date.
