MAKKAH, Jan 30: At least 16 more Pakistani pilgrims have died in Saudi Arabia over the past couple of days after performing Haj, increasing the number of deceased pilgrims from the country to 139.
Pakistan's Haj medical mission said here on Sunday that all those pilgrims died of natural causes and they were buried in Makkah.

HAJ FLIGHTS: More than 21,000 Pakistani pilgrims have so far been airlifted to home from Jeddah after performing Haj. The directorate-general of Haj said on Sunday that the pilgrims were dispatched to Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan and Faisalabad by 70 special flights.
As many as 150,000 pilgrims from Pakistan were due to perform Haj But 139,103 arrived in Saudi Arabia. The country's Haj medical missions in Makkah and Madinah have so far attended to 225,550 outdoor patients, out whom 228 were admitted to the mission's hospital and 291 were referred to Saudi hospitals.
The Hajj mission received 1,062 complaints from pilgrims, of which 948 were redressed and action is being taken on 114. Air tickets of 417 pilgrims were lost, of whom 363 have been issued duplicate tickets. -APP
