NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, Jan 28: Two brothers of a deceased woman have said their sister Gulzar Begum was killed by her husband Zahid and his two accomplices Rafique and Khadim Hussain.

Talking to newsmen on Thursday, they said the Tharushah police did not lodge FIR against the accused. They alleged the police had taken handsome amount from Khadim for not nominating him in the FIR.

ACCIDENT: About 17 people, six of them women, were injured when a Kandiaro-bound bus (CA-1285) overturned near the Aliabad stop on Wednesday. Those injured were identified as Hayatan, Shahnaz, Humera, Azeema, Shazia, Sikandar Ali, Babar Shaikh, Munawar Ali, Mubarak Ali, Rana Khan, Zamir, Kamran, Yaqoob, Farida, Ghulam Sarwar, Anwar Ali and Abdul Sattar.
