LAHORE, Jan 15: Superb All rounder display by Rizwan Ahmed helped Hyderabad Hawks cruised into One-day Cup semi-finals as unbeaten pool "B" leaders, after carving out four-wicket win against Lahore Eagles in high-scoring match at Niaz Stadium, Hyderabad on Saturday.

Lahore Eagles also made the last four as runners-up of the pool, despite the defeat. Leg-spinner Rizwan snapped up three wickets for 59 but the Eagles piled up a total of 256 for seven in 45 overs thanks to brilliant batting by Abid Ali (96, six fours, one six, 132 balls), Ali Hussain (57, four fours, two sixes, 48 balls).

Rizwan remained unbeaten for 73 (four fours) as Hawks achieved the target scoring 257 for six in 43.4 overs. While Hawks will take on Lions on Jan 27 in semi-finals, Lahore Eagles will face pool "B" leaders Sialkot Stallions on Jan 18 in first pre finals.
