Six more pilgrims die in S. Arabia


ISLAMABAD, Jan 2: Six more Pakistani pilgrims have died in Saudi Arabia, reports Pakistan Haj Mission. According to a message received here on Sunday from the Directorate-General of Haj in Makkah , the six pilgrims died of natural causes. So far, 17 Pakistanis have died after arriving here for Haj.

The names of the deceased are: Kharma Bibi, father/husband's name Rehman Gul, Passport No763490 (Nowshera), Mohammad Ramzan, father's name Fazal Din, passport No137762, (Sargodha), Tajamal Begum, father/husband's name Imdadullah, passport No. 7107804 (Rawalpindi), Muneeba Khanum, father/husband's name Ayaz Khan, passport No. 231147 (Okara), Maqbool Begum, father/husband's name Mohammad Abdullah, passport No.442327 (Lahore) and Mehboob Alam, father's name Din Mohammad, passport No449378 (Gujranwala).

According to the Haj Mission, 74,888 Pakistani pilgrims had arrived in Saudi Arabia till Jan 1 by 247 PIA flights. -APP
