KARACHI, Dec 4: The Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi, has announced the schedule for submission of examination forms for HSC (Intermediate) Part-II or parts I and II (combined annual examinations 2005) for private candidates of the Humanities and Commerce groups.

A BIE official said that students who had already exhausted their sanctioned number of chances as Science or Commerce groups candidates could also submit examination forms to avail chances of appearing as Commerce or Arts private candidates.

Such candidates are named as benefit cases and they are not required to appear in compulsory papers, which they have cleared, added the official, saying that marks of those subjects are carried over from their previous examinations when they appear in subjects of the new faculty.

Candidates can have examination forms from the HBL, Hussain De Silva branch on the board's premises on payment of Rs20 each from December 6 onwards. The forms, duly filled and accompanied with required documents, should be submitted at the same bank branch.

Exam forms without late fees can be submitted till December 22, and with late fees of Rs100, Rs300 and Rs1,000 till January 4, January 17 and January 27 respectively.
