RAWALPINDI, Dec 2: Pakistan and Poland have tremendous potential for expansion in trade and commerce and the two countries should enhance their trade relations for mutual benefits.

This was stated by Jalil Ahmed Malik, senior Vice-President Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI), at a meeting with Dominic Malek, the Second Secretary of the embassy of Poland, in Islamabad.

Mr Malek said his country wanted to invest in different sectors in Pakistan including textile industry, earth-moving machinery and construction equipment, food processing and steel industries, etc.

He called for close cooperation and showed interest in putting a sizable investment in Pakistan. He said the embassy would conduct a seminar in the second week of December in which polish businessmen, investors and entrepreneurs would participate.
