DERA GHAZI KHAN, Nov 27: Five Seraiki nationalists who were arrested by Mithan Kot administration in Rajanpur district on Friday for trying to hold a public meeting were released on bail on Saturday.

Gathering under the banner of Farid Tehrik, the nationalists had convened for Saturday a moot called Seraiki national Conference at Khwaja Fareed Children Park.

The leaders were busy in making preparations on Friday when police arrested Tehrik chief Ghulam Farid and his four companions - Haroon Chand, Hassan Raza Bokhari, Jam Faiz Muhammed and Saeed Iqbal. Later, the administration watered the park.

The Rajanpur bar moved the district and sessions judge on Saturday who granted bail to the 'accused'.
