KARACHI, Nov 21: Rich tributes were paid to the Bhutto family for their role and sacrifices to the cause of freedom and democracy in the country.
The occasion was a function held to observe Shahnawaz Bhutto's 46th death anniversary at the PPP secretariat on Sunday.
The function was addressed by the President PPP - Karachi division, Rashid Hussain Rabbani, General Secretary Rafique Engineer and Rahil Iqbal. Mr Rabbani said a decisive struggle against intervention of the uniform in politics had begun in which soldiers of the late Bhutto would play the leading role.
Mr Rafique said that those responsible for elimination of Bhutto and his sons could not eliminate the ideology of Bhuttoism.
