DERA GHAZI KHAN, Nov 13: Four persons were killed while 36 others were injured in a head-on collision between a Karachi-bound bus (LSA-2157) and a truck (LXC-7989) on Saturday.

The accident which occurred in the morning occurred about 70 kilometres off here.

Police identified the deceased as Ibrahim Shah and his wife, Shahid Afzal and Jehangir. The injured were later rushed to local hospitals.

Mohammad Bakhsh, Meero and Tufail were referred to the Nishtar Hospital in Multan because of their critical condition. The bus driver, who was also injured in the accident, was shifted to the Dera Ismail Khan Hospital.-APP
