LAHORE, Nov 5: Dominating in all departments of the game, Lahore Whites eventually notched up victory by an innings and 195 runs against Karachi Whites in Quaid-i-Azam Trophy, inside three days at Qadhafi Stadium on Friday.
Karachi Whites were forced to follow-on when they were bundled out at 184 in the first innings after resuming at 86-4 in the morning while having a hard target of scoring 566 to earn lead and 329 runs to avert the follow-on.
But the trio of Lahore Whites medium pacer Fahad Masood (3-24), Aizaz Cheema (3-31) and Junaid Zia (3-61) did not allow any visitors's batsman to play a big knock. Only overnight Agha Sabir, who began at 37 scored 54.
