LAHORE, Oct 31: Punjab Special Education Minister Qudsia Lodhi has stressed the need for refixing fruit and vegetable prices of the Sunday and Ramazan Bazaars after 12 noon.

Ordering refixing the prices during an inspection of the Wahdat Colony Sunday Bazaar here, the minister said that review of prices was necessary in the afternoon because the customers had sorted out all the quality stuff before noon.

The price of a kilogram of onions and potatoes was reduced from Rs11 and Rs27 to Rs10 and Rs25 respectively and that of pomegranate from Rs40 to Rs35 per kg in compliance with the minister's directions.

Ms Lodhi was informed that three trucks of flour were available at the bazaar for sale at the subsidized rate of Rs190 per 20kg bag.
