VALDERRAMA, Oct 29: Overnight leader Sergio Garcia came back from a disastrous start to his second round of the Volvo Masters to keep himself atop the leader board here on Friday.
His two-under 69 put him six-under for the championship and one ahead of Scotland's Alaistair Forsyth, two clear of England's Ian Poulter and three in front of Angel Cabrera and France's Christian Cevaer.

SLUMAN ON FIRE
PALM HARBOR: Jeff Sluman shot a course-record nine-under-par 62 on Thursday to lead after the first round of the $5 million Chrysler Championship. Sluman scattered nine birdies around the par-71 Westin Innisbrook Resort Copperhead Course and holds a two-shot lead over Jonathan Kaye, Kent Jones and Kirk Triplett.
World number one Vijay Singh opened with a six-under 65, as did Justin Rose. Jonathan Byrd is alone at five-under 66.
