KARACHI, Oct 22: The chief of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement, Altaf Hussain, will be visiting New Delhi early next month to attend a seminar on India and the world.
According to a statement issued by the MQM international secretariat, the conference would focus on the formulation of India's relations with its neighbours and its future directions. Mr Hussain has been invited by the Hindustan Times.
The conference would also deliberate on eradicating poverty from South Asia, promotion of friendly relations between India and Pakistan. The MQM founder would also visit the shrines of Khwaja Nizamuddin Auliya and Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti.
