KARACHI, Oct 10: The Board of Secondary Education, Karachi has notified that examination forms for SSC Part-I, SSC Part-II and SSC parts I and II (combined general group) private annual examinations 2005 will be available from October 11.

Forms can be obtained and submitted at designated branches of the National Bank and Habib Bank. According to the schedule, forms would be accepted without late fees till December 18, with Rs100 late fees from December 20 to January 1, 2005, with Rs200 late fees from January 3 to 15, and Rs500 from January 17 to 29.

The authorized branches of the National Bank include those at Board Office, Denso Hall, Lasbella, Urdu Science College, Landhi Township, Sharifabad, Orangi Town, Binnori Town, Drigh Colony Faisal Bazaar, Gulshan-i-Iqbal Rashid Minhas road, Korangi Township, Landhi near Baber Market, Malir City near Liaquat College, and Rahimabad, F.B. Area.

Similarly, the authorized branches of Habib bank include those at Abul Hassan Isphani Road, Bahadurabad, Defence Housing Society, Ghaffar Goth, Steel Town, Sher Shah, Landhi No 6, Muslim Town, Preedy Street, Ranchhore Line, Jamshed Road, Al-Azam Square, Drigh Colony No 1, Gulistan-i-Jauhar, Hassan Square, Korangi No 2, Malir City, Orangi Town, Rizvia Society opp to Sir Syed College, Nazimabad, Sharea Faisal, Taimuriya Market adjacent to Hanif Hospital near board office. - PPI
